You can only return items that are damaged / defective products. You will need to inform us of any damages / defects within 24 hours of delivery of the product, in order to receive the replacement. ⚠️ An unboxing video is Compulsory to avail the return policy. 

16. What if the parcel gets returned back by the shipping company?

In any circumstance if your parcel gets returned back to us by the company if the customer’s phone was not reachable📵, if the address mentioned was incomplete, etc you’ll have to pay the shipping amount again for us to reship it to you.

17. When will I receive a replacement? 

Replacement will be shipped after the original item has been received, subject to the following conditions:

Our return policy is applicable within 7 days from receipt of the product and applicable only for the following reasons:

The time frame starts from the date the product was delivered as per the confirmation received from our logistics team or courier partners. Cancellation cannot be made once the order is placed.

We recommend you to make a video while opening the parcel so that if there is a damaged product you have proof of it. You can send the video of the product with the issue on our WhatsApp number +91 90760 92601 within 7 days of delivery. We will send you the replacement as soon as possible. If a video is not made while opening the parcel we will not be able to help you in any way. In case you demand a refund, Your amount will be return back within 5-7 working days to the original payment mode. In case you have ordered through COD our customer service team will contact you for a refund.
Once your return request has been accepted, we will arrange a reverse pick up for the product in question. It usually takes about 2-3 working days for organising a pickup and 7-10 days for delivery at our warehouse. Once the merchandise is back at our warehouse, our quality assurance team will check the merchandise and the refund process will get initiated within 2-3 days of receiving it. It will then reflect in your bank account.
